ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS -- INDOORS ONLY -- MATURE HOUSEHOLD, NO KIDS, NO PETS -- EXPERIENCED CAT OWNERS

Meet Jasper! Poor Jasper has had a bit of a stressful past few years, through no fault of anyone, and was surrendered to the shelter because he just wasn't happy in his previous home. He has been in foster care with one of our dedicated carers, and did beautifully, so is now looking for his forever home! His new owners will need to be forgiving and patient, as Jasper took lots of time to settle in his foster home, and isn't too pleased about being back in the shelter. His carer said that once he was comfortable, Jasper was a cat that would chat, sleep on the bed, and sit on the couch with you! He is easily stressed, so needs a calm, quiet, and cat friendly home. He will take time and a fair amount of patience, but will reward new owners with lots of love once he is settled. Jasper is on a special diet (Hills C/D Stress) to help alleviate some tension while he is in the shelter environment, he will need to remain on this diet, but could potentially move onto another urinary support food once he is more comfortable in his home.
