💔💔 WHY DOESN’T ANYONE WANT ME?! 😔 💔💔

Teddy is a Staffy x of approximately 5 years of age, although you wouldn’t know it ! He has the character, charm and charisma of a puppy 😍

He just LOVES humans, and he will make anyone who gives him the tiniest bit of love, his own, following you everywhere you go. He’s spent some time with little people and loved them just the same as the adults so kids 10+ would be ideal for him!

This sweet boy is at his happiest when he’s touching you or when you’re giving him a belly rub. He loves to curl up on your lap (no Ted, you are not a little dog) on the couch, or in bed with his head resting on your shoulder.

Teddy still thinks he’s a puppy and doesn’t realise his own size and strength, so someone used to be bigger breeds will do well. He loves all toys, especially his ball and his foster Mum’s cushions 😖😅
He enjoys his food but would much rather a hug than a treat.

Ted is currently living with his foster brother the cat, he still just can’t understand why he won’t play! For this reason, it might be best for him to go to a home without cats or ones that are ‘dog savvy’ in a sense 😅
He has had some play times at the park with another doggo friend and loved it, however he can be on the rougher side of play so a dog sibling of the same nature would be ideal.
He would love another dog friend, and we feel it will also help with his anxiety when his humans need to go out and do human things, something he is getting better with, but may need further positive training and commitment with in his new home. For this reason his new home would be best with someone that can be home with him majority of the time.

Teddy didn’t have any previous basic obedience when he was left tied up out front of a pound, alone and very scared, but he’s since learnt ‘sit’ quickly and is slowly learning more commands. He walks well on lead and has some table manners. Whilst he’s a quick learner, he’s a very stubborn boy and doesn’t like being told what to do (like them all 😅), so he will need a confident family willing to continue obedience work with him to help him be the bestest boy we all know he can be!

Teddy is Desexed, Microchipped (900164001936671), Vaccinated and Flea/Tick/Worm/HW treated.
He is currently being fostered in Googong, NSW 🌍
