Shiro is a happy and cruisey pooch who is on the search for a new forever family. He will happily share his home with other dogs, cats, chooks, livestock and children - he loves anyone and everyone.
Shiro's foster carer describes him as a 'sweet old grandad who loves to hang with his humans and soak up the sun', and whilst he may not be the prettiest flower in the garden, he is the sweetest old soul you'll ever meet.
If Shiro could talk, he'd probably tell you how excited he is to come live with you. He'd say he's pretty easy going, that he knows basic manners and that he loves a casual stroll as much as he loves lazing on the couch. But most importantly, he would tell you how much he has already fallen in love with you, and how he promises to give you as many cuddles as you allow.

Our dogs available for adoption are all living in private foster homes and are available for you to meet. By submitting an application we will be in contact with you.

Our adoption fee includes a general health check, flea and worming treatment, vaccination, microchipping and desexing. If the dog is too young for desexing, a voucher is provided. A 14 day adoption trial period is available when adopting an animal from BARRC.

Adoption fees are required to be paid in full before taking the animal onto trial.
