About Lulu
Sadly, Lulu has been returned to SMART. Although much loved, it wasn't to be her forever home.
Since arriving into foster, Lulu has been chilling with the resident dog and enjoying his company.
Lulu is a 15 month old terrier X, so is still really just a puppy with so much to learn. She is eager to please, and is treat motivated, which always makes it a bit easier!
Lulu would suit a family, that will make her part of it. Having someone at home would suit her well, or a fur buddy to keep her company. She is a little jumpy, so those with little humans need to be aware of this. She does respond well when reminded that it's not an ok thing to do.
She loves a run at the park, especially beating her foster bro to the ball, and is social with other dogs she has met there. She is a little pully on the lead, but everything is still so fresh and new, so this will no doubt improve in time.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. Just tell us the animal you are looking at and all about you, your family, other pets (desexed, breed, vaccination, etc), yard, renting?, work etc, no long drawn out forms.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
