About Neville ~ 15MO Cattle X ~ Private Rehome 21/8/20
Hi, I'm Neville! I'm a playful, loving 15 month old cattle x bulldog.
I weigh about 30kg so I’m a larger sized boy, but I still love a cuddle! I’m an affectionate boy with a happy smooshable face. I like pretty much everyone I meet.
Because I love people so much I’m after a home where I’m welcome inside and I can be included in your family routine and outings. I’m pretty active and will need lots of exercise so I’d love a walk or jog each day and to join you for trips to the beach or bush adventures. I enjoy car rides so will happily be your co-pilot on short or even long trips in the car. I’m good with kids of all ages but would be best suited to a home with no small kids as when I'm excited I do jump! Although I like a cuddle, I'm not too clingy and will take myself off for some alone time when I've had enough.
I live with my brother Reggie and we are good mates, but we can get up to mischief together. I also live with 2 other big dogs and we all love to have a play. However, when meeting other dogs I can take a bit of time to warm up, so I will need a family who can help me with my ongoing socialisation and exposure to the outside world. I would like a calm tolerant fur brother or sister but I may be OK as a solo dog - just not if you work full time (I’m still young enough to get up to mischief if you leave me all day without company). If you work from home then I’d be in heaven as I can be near you all day. I’m not a fence jumper as I’m used to 4 foot mesh fencing - however if you live in the big smoke then I’ll need higher fencing to keep me safe from the roads as I’m not used to traffic.
I have good basic obedience training (sit, stay etc) and I can walk well on a lead, however new owners will need to remind me of these manners as I will be excitable. I will sit and wait for my food but should be supervised at feeding times especially with a new dog. I have never seen a cat so I don't think I should try living with one!

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
If there is a phone number listed in the dog's profile then you can also phone for more information.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
