Darque and Gideons

These gorgeous souls have a very sad tail to tell...some words from this sibling pair...

Hi everyone. We are Darque and Gideons Way . We come from a BIG family ( there were 9 of us) . We had a best friend, our human daddy. He was such an interesting person. He was oh so creative. Our lives were NEVER boring, and our days were filled with love. One day something happened to our dad and he did not wake up again. No one knew for a few weeks that we were fending for ourselves all alone, waiting for our human to wake up. We were lucky he left the toilet seat up, so we had access to water, if not food. Then one day some people came , and took us away in pairs to stay with other nice humans. We heard them say.. ‘they can’t be kept together, there are too many of them’. Some time has passed now. We are not scared anymore. We miss our human dad very much and we miss our other feline siblings, but we are thankful to our foster mum and dad who embraced us both into their home and continued to give us the love we were used to. We know no one will ever replace our human dad who cared for us since we were born 5 years ago, but we are ready to show a new family how awesome we are. We are sisters, and we are desperate to stay together. We’ve already lost so much. Will you give us a home?

These purr kids were from the same home as Hex and Brother Grimm and Hieronymous Bosch. They took the longest to recover from the trauma they experienced when their human dad died. In their time in foster care they have taken very good care of some of their foster siblings, looking after a very sick kitten and taking him under their wing.

So both Darque and Gideons Way love pats on their terms but since Saturday we cannot get them off our laps! This is fantastic ...Gideon first then yesterday ...Darque thought... ‘I will have some of that! ‘😻

Darque and Gideons Way are desexed vaccinated microchipped and parasite treated. Located in a foster home in Fairview Park.
