About Sia ~ 6MO Kelpie X (On Trial 19/08/20)
Sia is a playful girl and at 6 months of age she is still a puppy and thinks she is tiny. Sia likes to jump up and give kisses, so she still has a lot of training and manners to be learnt. She lives with 2 other kelpies and 2 cats and gets along with all of them, except she doesn’t like to share her bones, but who does.
She is toilet trained but will still need some supervision at first so she knows where she is to go. She is a smart girl so she is not a dog to be put in the backyard to play alone, she will need stimulation and daily walks to keep her occupied. Another dog would be great for her, but she will be happy to take all the attention she so deserves from her humans as she is such a sweet and happy girl.
If you are home often and want company inside, this is your girl. If you want a walking buddy or a running partner, Sia is your girl. She must be allowed inside as she yearns affection and interaction. She cannot be a dog that lays around and gets a pat now and then, she must be part of the family and involved in family activities. Small children may get hurt from Sia jumping up so I would recommend a family with teenagers.
For more information or to meet Sia, please contact her foster carer Cheryl on muddiart@yahoo.com. Sia is located in Pelican, NSW (Suburb of Lake Macquarie, south of Newcastle NSW). You can also fill out the adoption questionnaire here https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
Sia's adoption fee is $500 and includes her desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and she's been treated for fleas, ticks and worms.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
If there is a phone number listed in the dog's profile then you can also phone for more information.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
