About Tonka
*In foster care in Lane Cove North, NSW*
Tonka is such a precious boy who loves cuddling with his special people more than anything else in the world! His second favourite activity is getting up to mischief with his foster cat siblings - so he'll be very pleased if you have a friendly cat already in residence!
Like all Maggie's pets, Tonka is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I can be a little bit timid at first, but once I'm comfortable I'm all about those sofa snuggles when you get home from work. A fabulous feline BFF to play with and keep me company would be a dream come true!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I divide my time pretty equally between sleeping and playing!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Even though I'm a snuggly lad, I don't particularly like being picked up or held and can be spooked quite easily - so gentle children of at least school age will be the best match for me.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I have so much love and affection for my fellow foster cat siblings! I haven't met any dogs since coming into foster care.

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
