About Tess
A beautiful girl with so much love to give. Meet Tess ... An English Mastiff, born on 25th January, 2015, Tess is looking forward to finding her forever home.
Tess' beautiful face will melt your heart and her gentle nature makes her an absolute joy to be around. She loves people and lap up all of the attention that you can give - and in return she will reward you with cuddles and lots of sloppy kisses!
English Mastiff's are known to be calm and even tempered - and Tess is no exception! Her new family will need to be aware that she will have a tendency to drool and the folds in her coat will require regular grooming to ensure she stays a happy and healthy girl.
Tess enjoys being out for a walk and she walks nicely beside you on lead. While she does not require a lot of exercise and will happily laze around on the couch with you, it is in her best interests to ensure she does receive regular exercise.
She loves to make other doggy friends and she gets along well with other dogs, both big and small. Tess is sure to be a head turner at your local dog park - or anywhere that you go! While Tess could be rehomed with cats in residence (after a proper introduction), she should not be rehomed with resident pocket pets.
Tess shows no signs of food aggression or seperation anxiety and while she can be startled by loud noises, she does recover quickly. Tess would need to be allowed inside during thunder storms and fireworks where she knows she is safe. As she is house trained, there is no need to worry about accidents inside while Tess is enjoying family time.
Tess is such a happy and affectionate gal, who would make a super loyal and perfect companion for the right family. She is so stunning and full of love, and she would love to be in a home where she is included as a member of the family and involved in the day to day activities. Tess will thrive in an environment that guides her with positive direction and lots of love and attention.
Tess's adoption fee is $600 and includes her desexing, lifetime registration, and 3 x training lessons with thanks to Wyong Dog Training. She is also regularly treated for flea and worms and is up to date with her vaccinations.

Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please give the facility a call on 43044350 to make an appointment and ask further questions.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once all of your questions have been answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in. Please bring to your appointment photos of your fencing also showing all gates that attach to the house.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
