About Byron
Not only is he good looking, he is a total sweetheart! Please meet Byron - a Greyhound born on 1st September, 2017, Byron is looking forward to finding his forever home.
Byron is a big, handsome boy who is filled with love and ready to share that love with a new family.
He has all of the wonderful Greyhound qualities and he is a quiet boy with a gentle nature. Not much fazes this handsome man and he would be an amazing addition to just about any family dynamic.
Byron enjoys being out for a walk and he has beautiful lead manners. He would never dream of dragging you along and is happy to trot calmly along beside you.
Byron enjoys making new doggy friends and while he can initially be a little dominant with her new friends, he gets along well with other dogs. However, he does also like his own space at times and to have his time with his family, so while Byron is very happy to have playmates at the dog park or beach, it would be best if he was the only dog in the home. It would be best if Byron were not rehomed with cats or pocket pets in residence.
Byron shows now signs of food aggression or seperation anxiety, and while loud noises do not seem to bother him, we would recommend he be allowed inside during thunder storms and fireworks where he knows he is safe. As Byron is also house trained, there is no need to worry about accidents inside the home.
Byron is such a happy and affectionate boy and would make a super loyal companion for the right family. He is so stunning and full of love, and he would love to be in a home where he is included as a member of the family and involved in the day to day activities. Byron will thrive in an environment that guides him with positive direction and lots of love and attention.
Byron's adoption fee is $450 and includes his desexing, lifetime registration, and 3 x training lessons with thanks to Wyong Dog Training. He is also regularly treated for flea and worms and is up to date with his vaccinations.

If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please give the facility a call on 43044350 to make an appointment and ask further questions.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once all of your questions have been answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in. Please bring to your appointment photos of your fencing also showing all gates that attach to the house.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
