NO ENQUIRIES....APPLICATIONS ONLY PLEASE
"Shady" our whippet lady is full of personality with a few quirks, she is super happy and playful. She can be a little pogo stick in the morning after a big night sleep but settles after she has ran some energy off. Shady needs a home with someone around a lot and hopefully with a playful but not over the top doggy friend as she loves playtime and company of other dogs. We are looking for an active family with a large yard, that will take this girl on lots of fun adventures and activities.
Shady is a clever girl and can sit, drop, wait for food, walk on the lead, and wait at the door until told to enter, in saying this she can pretend not to hear any of these commands, especially if she thinks you will let her get away with not doing them lol.
Shady is not just about activity though, this girl LOVES to cuddle her people and will snuggle up for couch cuddles in a nice warm house.
Shady is great with other dogs, good with cats, and also kiddies, she is a lovely gentle girl and with a beautiful nature. She is very whippet like in her personality and build, with a bit more confidence and activeness due to the kelpie in her. If you love your whippets you will love this girl, actually everyone will love this girl.
A condition of our adoption agreement is that all dogs adopted from Chally MUST be put through obedience training, if you cannot meet this commitment please do not apply. All our dogs deserve the chance to be the very best they can be and we will choose homes that will ensure this is the case.

http://www.challyanimalrescue.org.au/adopt.php
** Only applications submitted via this link will be considered **
Our adoption process is as follows:
1) Animal is listed on PetRescue
2) Applications are received
3) The application which we feel offers the best-suited home to the pet is contacted for first preference of a meet and greet to see if they 'click' with the animal.
We do not follow a first-in, first-served process and only consider applications completed via our online form.
Due the popularity of some dogs - and the fact that our rescue is run entirely by volunteers - we cannot guarantee that all unsuccessful applicants will be notified, however we will do our best.
