About Goofy
Goofy is exactly how his name describes him. Other than that he is just handsome. With a prominent ridge straight down his back, he definitely has everyone talking.
A stand out man looking for a stand out home. This sweet boy hasn't had the best start to life and his young and growing body is covered in scars from previous attacks however he doesn't let this stop him being incredibly dog social.
Goof is looking for a home that can continue his socialisation and training as he grows and develops and continues to extend positive experience with other dogs for him
He happily shares his foster home with a range of other dogs however is best not suited to a home with small dogs as he can sometimes be too rough and silly with them.
Due to this he is also best not suited to a home with chickens or cats either.
He would adore sharing his home with a playful medium or large dog, showing no issues with males or females and adoring playing with anyone possible.
He wouldn't suit a home as an only dog.
Goof is looking for a home filled with cuddles, snacks and love and is searching for a home that includes him in the home and family. Especially allowing him inside at night time as he loves to be close to his foster family. He is doing well with his toilet and crate training and sleeps throughout the night without any accidents so far.
He is working hard with his basic obedience, recall and loose leash walking and we are happy to say he is going great with all of this.
Goof is ready to find his new love and hopes it's you. He is located in the lower hunter valley and his adoption fee is $450
Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
