About Zephee
Zephee is a dream dog. She had a really difficult start to life with her siblings, as they were left in a box outside a vet, in extremely bad condition. This means their start to life was a little delayed but she is doing so well. This darling girl came into care as a very timid, nervous girl and she has blossomed into a confident, happy puppy.
She is almost completely toilet trained, only having the occasional accident if the back door is closed, but when kept an eye on there are no accidents. She sleeps through the night and will tell you if she needs the toilet in the night by whining just a little bit. Zephee loves cuddles with her humans, and she snuggles into wherever she can be the warmest for her naps, which she has a lot of!! She absolutely loves playing with her foster sisters, but really, she is a very low energy dog and likes to do a lot of sleeping on the couch, alone, with her doggy siblings or with her humans.
She is very food motivated which is great for training. She knows how to sit, and wait, and is learning to come to her name pretty well. She needs continued training on her walking on the lead, as she still doesn’t like it. She would much prefer to stay at home and play with everyone here or sleep!! Zephee still needs some confidence building with meeting dogs outside the home, as she gets a little nervous when they approach her.
Zephee is really good with kids and is okay to be left alone for a few hours. She would suit a home with another dog, or where she’d only be left alone for a few hours during the day, as she really does thrive off her human company. She is such a sweet girl, and just a really easy dog to have in the house. She hasn’t had any experience with cats, but would be fine to go to a home with cats with an appropriate introduction, as she is very low energy.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
