Hi I'm Betty!

I am a total people person. It doesn't matter what you're doing nor the time of day, if you look at me you're gonna see my propeller tail taking off.

Despite a bit of a bumpy start to life, I've got excellent manners and all I want to do is shower love on everyone I meet….and eat as much as I can possibly fit in my belly. I tend to eat so quickly I gulp down a lot of air too - which rather makes me look like a hairy balloon. Of course, like a balloon I eventually must deflate - which comes in the form of rather horrible smells. So, now I have to eat with a ball in my bowl so I can't inhale my food as quickly and my foster carer doesn't have to wear a peg on her nose in the evenings.

When I'm not nasally offending my carers, I love to play wrestle with my big fur foster sister and do zoomies around the garden. However, most of the time I like to snooze in my bed or crate whilst occasionally gazing lovingly at my foster family.

On walks I'm getting the hang of this lead business and am getting better all the time. Off the lead, you only need to call me once and I'm back like a shot! As I'm still just a puppy, I can get a little excitable wanting to play with other dogs, but my fur foster sister is teaching me to how to be a little less 'extra'. As you can imagine, I'll need another playful dog in my forever home.

The cat I live with is also teaching me how to behave around other small, furry things. I've learned to stay away and to definitely not chase else my nose becomes a pin cushion! I'd still love to be friends if she'd let me.

I'm just so eager to please everyone and can adapt to any lifestyle - all I need is a soft spot to snooze and someone who will love me as much as I love them.
