Fletcher

Fletcher is an absolute angel. And is completely adored in his foster home.
This little guy came into our care as a younger, terrified and feral kitten. Although completely fear based, Fletcher repelled human contact and shook at the thought of a human hand. Over months of gentle talking, proving to Fletcher that we are not here to hurt him, and letting him observe our actions in the home and wirh the other cats, it slowly helped him to understand that we meant him no harm.
Within the home Fletcher now has a mutual respect with his caregivers. He is at a point where he can comfortably roam the house, sleep on beds and couches and play around with other foster cats (whom he absolutely adores). Despite this we are not yet at a point where touching him is an option. We really hope that it isn’t a reason for people to overlook him as he simply needs a chance.
Fletcher would make a perfect companion for any cat as he is very understanding and accepting of others- gentle would be the perfect word for it!
