Ghost

                                                 ADOPT ME: Ghost 

Ghost came into care and was quickly adopted but unfortunately that didn’t work out and he was returned to us.

It brought to our attention that he had a few issues that would benefit having a trainer work with him.  We sent him to Above and Beyond Dog Training and Rehabilitation in April.

Ghost had a fear of the environment and of people. He would try to bolt away and hide, every time he got spooked.  His only security and comfort came from toys, which being rehomed, had progressed into resource guarding.

Ghosts trainers, have been exposing him to some amazing things, building his confidence, working on his obedience and socialisation.  He is now mat trained, walks with a loose lead, gives up his toys on command, and has a exceptional grasp of basic obedience. 

Although Ghost is still wary of approaching new people, with time and treats he is able to overcome his fear, and every day is he getting braver.

We are so proud of this boy, who at the start of his journey with us would freak out at nearly everything, noises, leaves, people etc.

Ghost needs a calm and gentle home. 

He is best suited to an only dog home.
