About Pearl
This girl is a gem! Pearl is 2.5 year old sweetheart who is looking for love. Her foster folks say that one of her most adorable traits is that she wears one ear wonky in a "radar position" which really makes them laugh.
Pearl adores people and her foster greyhound brother. She loves snuggling with him on the couch, and will curl up next to you and dish out love and request all the scritches.
Don't let her sweetness fool you, Pearl is a bouncy, busy girl who has extra beans so we're looking for a home who already have a resident greyhound for companionship and a snoot who can match her energy levels. Pearl is a two walks a day kinda girl, she enjoys tug-a-war, flinging her toys around and spinnies.
When she's not playing, you'll find her sunning by the window and watching the world go by, she's a real sticky-snoot! If you forget to pull up the blinds — she'll remind you by booping them with her snoot.
As Pearl is still a young greyhound, she'll require forever folk who can continue her ongoing training and socialisation. She thrives off routine and boundaries.

Adoption details
STEP 1 – ENQUIRE & EOI FORM:
Click 'Enquire about this pet' to contact us or email us at adoptions@greytgreys.org to express interest in the hound that you are looking at. We'll send you an EOI form, this must be returned before proceeding.
If the greyhound you have applied for is unavailable or unsuitable, we can match you with a more suitable greyhound. We may have a hound in foster care who might be well suited to your family.
STEP 2 – LET'S CHAT:
We'll phone you to discuss suitability, clarify any points of your application and chat process and next steps.
STEP 3 – HOUSE CHECK & MEET + GREET:
We'll come to you! The meet + greet is conducted at the same time that a house check is carried out. The meet + greet is the day that your newly adopted greyhound will be able to stay on with you.
Our adoption fee is $350.00 and must be paid on on the day of the meet + greet, and prior to starting your 3 week trial. Support from our team is freely available. If you have any issues, we urge you to contact us to try and work through them, as all rescue greyhounds have some period of adjustment.
If after the 3 week trial, you feel that you need to return the greyhound, we will refund your adoption fee (less a $50 administration fee), upon return of the dog and all paperwork and other items that the dog was adopted with.
All of our hounds are adopted out with the following:
> Collar, lead & coat
> Certificate of sterilisation & vaccination
> Flea & worm treated
> Care information for your newly adopted greyhound
> Access to our private Facebook page for foster carers, volunteers and adopters of our hounds. A community with invaluable advice and support.
