About Jarrod
Do you have a single male guinea pig looking for a friend? Introducing the very handsome, Jarrod, who came into QGPR foster care recently. However, after passing his medical checkup, he is ready to find a new best friend and an incredible home to match! Jarrod is looking for a friend who he can spend the rest of his days with, who will love playing in the hay and his leafy greens as much as he does!
Speaking of hay, Jarrod's checkup revealed there's one little thing he needs some help with! As with all piggies, Jarrod needs unlimited amounts of fresh hay every day to make sure his ever-growing teeth stay in their best possible shape to keep him healthy and happy!
Please note that if you would like to adopt Jarrod, you will need to bring your guinea pig to an open day at Bracken Ridge for a meet and greet as not all guinea pigs will pair successfully.
Adoption details
Qld Guinea Pig Refuge is located at Bracken Ridge, North Brisbane.
The adoption fee for our guinea pigs is $25 each. Desexed guinea pigs are $35 each. They come fully health checked; worm and mite treated; and have been living at their foster carer’s house where they receive handling time.
