About Roy DL2489
Roy is a big loveable goofball! His absolute favourite things are to play fetch, get belly rubs, and chill out at your feet.
Although he can be energetic and bouncy, Roy is a big softie at heart. He loves nothing more than the attention of his fave human; he loves to snuggle and is happiest in your company.
Roy is suited to an experienced handler who will be persistent and patient in continuing his training. Roy's not a fan of busy places with all the hustle & bustle of traffic and bikes. Help him settle into a quiet neighbourhood, where you can work with Roy on his anxieties.
Roy reacts well to firm instruction and positive reinforcement. When focused, Roy can follow cues like Sit, Shake, Lay Down, and Spin. Take the time to continue training with Roy and you'll have yourself a new best friend!
He likes to be cuddled up indoors near you, but will take himself out for toilet breaks when he needs. Roy is suited to a home without children, where he can be your only pet.
We can't wait to see Roy teamed up with his perfect match! If you'd love to help, email DFLrescue@gmail.com today to apply.
