"BOSS DOG"
Husky x Great Dane x Mastiff
Not so bossy, Boss Dog is a big cuddly teddy bear puppy. He is a sweet guy, loves his people and will follow you around all day. Boss is great with other dogs, thinks cats would love to play (but backs off when told) and is good with kiddies. Boss is going to be a big boy and will need a nice big backyard to play in and explore. We are looking for a home with either someone home a bit or another dog to keep Boss company throughout the day as he thrives on companionship. Boss Dog is a clever boy and already know how to walk on lead, sit, wait for food, shake hands, he is crate trained for night sleeps and is starting to get the hang of toilet training (with reminders). Clever dogs need lots of stimulation so you will need to do your homework on things to entertain a clever puppy..
A condition of our adoption agreement is that all dogs adopted from Chally MUST be put through obedience training, if you cannot meet this commitment please do not apply. All our dogs deserve the chance to be the very best they can be and we will choose homes that will ensure this is the case.
Adoption details
All forms (including foster and adoption) can be found at the following link:
http://www.challyanimalrescue.org.au/adopt.php
** Only applications submitted via this link will be considered **
Our adoption process is as follows:
1) Animal is listed on PetRescue
2) Applications are received
3) The application which we feel offers the best-suited home to the pet is contacted for first preference of a meet and greet to see if they 'click' with the animal.
We do not follow a first-in, first-served process and only consider applications completed via our online form.
Due the popularity of some dogs - and the fact that our rescue is run entirely by volunteers - we cannot guarantee that all unsuccessful applicants will be notified, however we will do our best.
