BAILEY
Husky x Great Dane x Mastiff
Bailey enjoys living the life most of us dream of eat, sleep repeat - with an emphasis on the eating part! He enjoys a cool afternoon playing with his canine friends, but isn’t interested in anything too strenuous and will find a nice quiet spot if things get too hectic. Bailey loves to meet new people and all the love and pats they provide. In saying this, he is also very independent and happy to entertain himself - or just embrace another nap! Bailey sleeps well in his crate and continues to make progress with his toilet training. Bailey is incredibly food motivated which is useful in teaching him new things. Although he will be a big dog, Bailey is not showing any intentions of requiring a lot of exercise, he also prefers a cooler climate - in front of the fire is not his place! Purely due to his size he is suited to a home without small children.
A condition of our adoption agreement is that all dogs adopted from Chally MUST be put through obedience training, if you cannot meet this commitment please do not apply. All our dogs deserve the chance to be the very best they can be and we will choose homes that will ensure this is the case.
Adoption details
All forms (including foster and adoption) can be found at the following link:
http://www.challyanimalrescue.org.au/adopt.php
** Only applications submitted via this link will be considered **
Our adoption process is as follows:
1) Animal is listed on PetRescue
2) Applications are received
3) The application which we feel offers the best-suited home to the pet is contacted for first preference of a meet and greet to see if they 'click' with the animal.
We do not follow a first-in, first-served process and only consider applications completed via our online form.
Due the popularity of some dogs - and the fact that our rescue is run entirely by volunteers - we cannot guarantee that all unsuccessful applicants will be notified, however we will do our best.
