About Gigi
*In foster care in Ryde, NSW*
Gigi is a gentle, friendly girl who wants AAAAALL the head scratches! This beautiful babe is super-sociable, too - you can depend on her to follow you around the house and keep you company while you go about your tasks :)
While she's not quite up to the cuddling stage yet, you can tell her affectionate nature is on the verge of blossoming. Once she's settled and comfortable in her wonderful new home, it's sure to only be a matter of time!
Like all Maggie's pets, Gigi is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will have a lovely human or two who I can spend as much time with as possible! Just being close to my family makes me content. I'll appreciate a kind and patient new owner who will understand I may take a little while to come out of my shell as I get used to my brand-new home.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Like most cats, my energy really gets going in the afternoon and evening. I love darting around the house, chasing my toys and being silly! Once I'm pooped out, you'll find me in a sunny patch by the window (or maybe in your bed) having a picturesque snooze.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I think I'd prefer to live with a single person or couple - though older children should be OK, and even younger kids who know how to be gentle will probably be fine.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I haven't been around other cats or dogs yet so it's hard to say. Chances are I'd be a bit shy to start with, but if they're the friendly type we might just become BFFs!

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
