Hello there! My name is Bo and I’m pretty excited to be on the lookout for my forever family, if that’s you… then I cant wait to meet you! *wags tail*

I’m a 10 and a half year old Border Collie x Kelpie. I love sleeping, short walks around the block, my blanket, hanging out with my foster family and pats from anyone who will give me love and attention. I have a big heart, so much love to give, and I am most definitely making up for lost time when it comes to cuddles and pats.

I don’t really like to talk much about my life before I started hanging out with my foster family but… I had it pretty rough. Until a few weeks ago I didn’t have my own bed or blanket and being inside was something I was never (ever) allowed to do, even when it was really cold! But my foster mum lets me sleep inside, I’m wagging my tail just thinking about that! Its super important that in my new home that I'm welcomed inside at nights to sleep and most importantly cuddles on the couch. As I'm getting older, I definitely enjoy the creature comforts, so would love a super amazing big fluffy bed to snuggle in to.

I don’t bark, it’s just not for me, in fact I don’t really make any noise at all. Except when I sometimes walk into the glass door because I can’t see very well. Oops! But I love music, and loud noises don’t bother me… although I’m still getting used to the crazy thing that is the TV! Even though I’m the only dog at my foster parent’s house, I’m happy to get along with any other dog! I’m a big old softie though and a little on the senior side so I’m not really into rough play. I am super happy as an only dog or with a similar aged dog to enjoy long naps on the grass with. I wont suit a home with younger boisterous dogs, as they may accidentally hurt me.

Due to my age, I wont be re homed into a home with children under the age of 12. I'm ultimately looking for an amazing home to enjoy my new found life! Full of cuddles, pats and lots and lots of love.

My foster parents have a bird (a cockatiel) and I don’t pay her any attention. In fact I can’t even see her. She has her life and I have mine, but it’s nice to share a house altogether. When it comes to cats though, I have to draw the line. I can’t hang out with cats at all! So please no cats!

I’m a pretty independent guy and love having a little space to call my own, and will usually just hang out there. I LOVE walks! Although not too far, or too fast please. And yes, I will want to go out for an adventure rain hail or shine, so pack your gumboots.

My adoption fee is $250 which includes all my vet work. I am up to date with all my vaccinations and am microchipped and desexed.
