Ernest

This cheeky, goofy little cuddlemonster is Ernest!

Ernest is a bit shy with new people to start, but he warms up quickly and happily snuggles up in your lap, especially if you’re offering belly rubs! He is also a big fan of giving kisses - but watch out for those teeth!

Being just a pup, he is very playful and got heaps of energy. So when you’re up for playing fetch or want to have a round of tug-a-war, he’s there for you! And when you had enough, he will happily throw toys around on his own, or loudly chew on a squeaky toy.

He is very food motivated, almost obsessed, but haven’t showed any aggression around food/treats. While he is very keen to taste your food, he doesn’t beg for it. But I wouldn’t trust him completely with leaving food unattended within his reach.

On top of being an all round great pup with a constantly wagging tail, he is also a great catcher of flies, mosquitoes and spiders! And he enjoys birdwatching.

He knows what ‘no’ means, is great at ‘sit’, pretty decent on ‘stay’, understands ‘on your bed’ and is in general a fast learner. With great progress, we are working on ‘drop’, ‘look at me’ and to patiently sit and wait for his food.
Travels well in the car and walks good on lead, but needs a bit of further training and socialisation.

He is good with other dogs, but not tested with cats or kids.
