I'm Penny and I'm looking for a new family to call my own.

What I need in my new home:
• Daily walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard
• To be allowed inside with my family - in my previous home I was inside all of the time with my family who were home with me most of the time. I would really really love the same in my new home.
• A cat may be ok with a slow introduction - I have previously lived with a friendly cat
• A diet of good quality dry food to help keep my teeth clean
• Lots of love and attention
• I can be shy at first so I need a family who'll allow me to grow in confidence in my own time
• I'm happy to live with an older quiet dog like myself but I'm not overly interactive with them, so being an only dog would be ok with me as well
• I would love to be a companion for someone who may need a beautiful dog in their live to snuggle with them on the couch.

Things that I don't want in my new home:
• To be left alone in the backyard for long periods of time
• Not to be allowed inside with my family
• Small children as I much prefer the quiet life
• I don't want to live with young playful & bouncy dogs

My best features:
• LOVE people
• Housetrained
• Gentle
• I walk well on lead
• I love attention and having snuggles with my humans

Where I need to improve / Training required
• I can get a bit anxious and may howl or cry when left alone. This is because I'll really not been left alone a lot previously so I would love a home where someone is home most of the time.
