Sweet little Irma was born with a congenital heart defect that results in a moderately loud murmur over her mitral valve. She has recently undergone a cardiac ultrasound examination with a veterinary cardiology specialist.
Does Irma think there is anything wrong with her? Not in the least. She is a typical playful pup at only 20 months old. She loves collecting slippers, toys and other objects and placing them on her bed. She also loves going for walks and is getting used to traffic noises.
Irma is a little shy with new people but is very loving and affectionate once she knows you. She would be best suited to a quiet adult-only home. The company of another confident dog may be an advantage.
If you think you may be able to give Irma a happy life, please contact GAP for more details.
All our foster dogs are protected from fleas & ticks with NexGard®, kindly donated by Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health.
