About Lucy
I'm trying a new home to see if i like it
lucy is a very sweet little girl who was very timid and scared when she first arrived into foster care but she has now settled in well and has started to wag her tail. Lucy has a very good appetite and should gain a little weight soon as she is underweight (weighing just under 4 kg). Lucy has started to play with her two doggy foster sisters who are both shih tzu's, travels well in the car and is learning to walk on a lead. Best of all, she has learnt to use the doggy door the first day and is now 99. 9% house trained. Lucy sleeps all night in her warm bed next to her foster mum's bed and gives a little whimper in the morning if she needs to go outside. . . . What a good little girl!! lucy loves cuddles and tummy rubs and will fall asleep in your arms like a baby. She loves giving kisses and can be a little cheeky! lucy would love a new home with another small dog as a playmate and will only be suitable for children over the age of 8 years due to her small size. Lucy has a coat that will require some grooming and trimming and is a house dog. Update 13 september: lucy has settled in very quickly and is a very affectionate little dog who is happy to have cuddles on the lounge with her human carer or snuggle up with one of her doggy foster sisters. Lucy needs a doggy pal to play with as she is still young and enjoys playing in the yard with her foster sisters and her chewy toys. She may be a little scared of strangers at first but she is ok after a few minutes. Lucy has a very good appetite and eats anything and everything in her bowl. She loves car travel and is learning to walk on a lead with a small harness but walks better with another small dog with her. Lucy looks into your eyes in a very loving manner and her facial expressions make you laugh!
lucy comes desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, on heartworm prevention and with nsw local council lifetime registration for $350 and is not available for adoption outside nsw.
