Billy just loves to play. This little man is either running around flat out or curled up having a snooze. He gives whatever he is doing his everything. Making eye contact with Billy is enough encouragement to get his purr on. Billy likes to be around people, if he can't find a person or feline sibling he will plaintively meow. Billy has lived with other cats, a small dog and older children. He is a little wary of small children and may play too rough for them. Billy is looking for an indoor only home.
