About Bruiser
Please note, all adoption enquiries are required to complete a full adoption application and sending enquiries will redirect you to the application www.ppar.com.au/adoption-application/
Please complete the application rather than send enquiries.
BRUISER IS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN OR NOISY HOUSEHOLDS.
Bruiser is a very timid boy when meeting new people. He bonds extremely closely to “his people” and once that happens nothing else really matters to him. He will be your shadow and do anything to please you.
Bruiser is very unsure when meeting new dogs, but with time, patience and the right type of dog he does enjoy having a calm, mature doggy friend. He would also enjoy being an only dog IF he was his owners' world and they were home often and he could go on adventures with them.
Bruiser has fantastic obedience. He is extremely food-motivated and thrives on training. An owner that wishes to continue training with him is a must.
He loves bush walks, going for a stroll at the park or just following you around the yard while you are doing things.
Bruiser is great around birds, goats, pigs, you name it. All he cares about is his owner and pleasing them.
He does not enjoy large amounts of people or kids running around - he withdraws when there is too much going on around him. He wants a quiet, relaxed life so no kids please.
Bruiser currently lives behind farm fencing and has no desire to escape.
