About Bailey
🐻 Bailey Bear needs a foster home 🐻
“Hello I’m Bailey and I’m a really shy boy 🥺 a lot of things are scary for me right now but the Mad Catters tell me it’s not going to last forever. I have a lot of kitten friends in my foster home but we all have ringworm, and because I’m so scared my foster mum can’t give me special baths like everyone else to make my skin feel better - it’s super itchy! This means that my friends can’t get better so quickly, and I hate that I am making them more and more itchy too. I’m ready to be a brave boy and meet a family that might like to foster me for a little while until I feel happier and my skin is better. I don’t take up much space and I’m very well behaved. Can I stay with you for a while?
🥺👉🏼👈🏼”
Bailey, who is ~5 months old, is currently being treated for ringworm with oral medication and a strict quarantine and sanitisation schedule. He requires his area to be sanitised every 2 days, and oral medication mixed in with his wet food each day. Bailey cannot have contact with other pets and children until his ringworm infection has been cleared by our vet. Bailey is very timid and will avoid contact, however he is not aggressive and will settle quickly in the right environment. He enjoys getting roast chicken and will allow a pat at times when he is eating.
Bailey is currently unavailable for adoption, however first preference is given to foster carers who wish to adopt their fosters.
If you would like to enquire about meeting Bailey to consider fostering him, please complete our application form and our Foster Co-Ordinator will contact you: https://madcattersinc.formstack.com/forms/foster_application
