About Chief B
Chief and his brother Tux are very bonded, and so we are looking for a home for them together.Chief is a timid kitten by nature and it will take him a little while to trust you.
He and his brother Tux get along well with both older and younger cats.
Chief and Tux have not had the opportunity to know many different humans as their foster carer lives alone.
He loves being near a fireplace or other source of warmth.
Chief likes to observe the world outside, and is often found looking out the front window.
He LOVES cooked chicken like KFC and will eat it from your hand when he trusts you.
Chief doesn't like being chased or carried too much, and prefers to approach you on his own terms. (treats will help with this)
When it's time for bed, Chief will often come to join you, but he does like his own space.
Chief is a healthy raw fed kitten who has been wormed, flea treated, vaccinated, desexed and microchipped (microchip #953010004385506, source #EE101165). He is available for adoption. His adoption fee also includes his second vaccination at one of our rescue vets.
------------------------------------------------------
To adopt a cat from Cat People you'll be required to have a remote or in-person house check done, show photo ID & proof of address, and fill out & sign an adoption contract.
Cats from our group are all are vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and desexed before being taken home by their adopters. Additionally, all of our cats have been evaluated for behavioural traits, fed a high-quality diet, and well socialised. Please note: all Cat People cats and kittens are indoor only, this is not negotiable.
We will communicate with you through every step of the adoption process to ensure that your experience (and the cat's) is excellent and that you are confident in your decision to adopt a feline companion. Returns are only accepted due to health issues confirmed by a veterinarian.
We only accept adoptions from people with residency in Australia. If you are on a work or student visa, talk to us about fostering with the group instead!
