About Chappell
Howdy my name is Chappell.
I am a sweet and snuggly black and white short-haired border collie boy around 12 months old.
I enjoy playing with other dogs, people and getting used to new environments. I am completely and utterly guilty when it comes to pats, getting a scratch under my chin is the best thing in the world. I love being with my foster brothers and am also happy to go on my own adventures in the backyard. I am very active and enjoy playing chasey, going for a jog and learning about toys.
I am super smart and learn new tricks fast. I am currently learning how to sit, walk on a lead and come when my name is called, it is only new for me. I am only new to the inside of a house, however I will wait to go outside as long as I don’t have to wait too long. I will sleep through the night for you as long as I know you or a furry friend will be there in the morning. I love to go to new places where I can run and sniff.
I would suit a family who is keen to take me for a daily jog and will give me things to do. They also think that I would be good at all dog sports and games.
I am looking for a family who will love me and include me in their lives. I am quite the snuggler so foster parents think, I would like my family to be around more often than not and says I’d be a bit lost if I wasn’t allowed inside to be part of the action. I am bound to be clever and active, so I need a home where my family understands that I need mental and physical stimulation. It will be important to commit to my ongoing training and socialisation to increase my confidence around new things.
Hopefully we can be best friends soon please!
Love and licks, CHAPPELL

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. A meet and greet can be arranged if both parties wish to proceed, and we also offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
