Kamala

Kamala is a sweet, super affectionate girl just looking for her new snuggle buddies.

This young girl has recently come into care and is currently learning new skills and gaining confidence. She's in care with another dog and is happy to have a playmate. She can be a little annoying sometimes as she doesn't always get when they've had enough play time.

Dog parks have been an exciting new adventure for Kamala and she enjoys having lots of social interactions and having lots of dogs to rumble with. A little shy on first meeting, she quickly warms up. She's gaining confidence every day.

Kamala is learning manners in the home too, and knows sit, lay down and come. Her recall is pretty good but still needs perfecting. She sleeps well throughout the night on her own bed and is toilet trained. She's food motivated so ongoing training should be easy.

Her ideal home would be a family committed to her ongoing training, socialisation, confidence building and happiness. We would expect that her home either has another easy going but playful dog at home or someone home most days.

Kamala is also good with car travel so would do well with an active and adventurous family that will involve her in the outings. She must sleep inside and have a warm comfy bed with outside access.
