About Chace
Please note, all adoption enquiries are required to complete a full adoption application and sending enquiries will redirect you to the application www.ppar.com.au/adoption-application/
Please complete the application rather than send enquiries.
ONLY APPLICATIONS WITH AN EXISTING CONFIDENT DOG WILL BE CONSIDERED.
Chace is a very sweet young pup. He is still pretty shy around new people, but once you earn his trust, he will shower you with affection!
Chace loves playing with tennis balls and is a superstar at a game of fetch! He does not fit the stereotypical image of a border collie though - he loves a bit of a play, but is also happy to just chill.
He gets on with other dogs, but doesn’t really seem to know how to play yet. But that could be because his foster brother is a very big boy, and Chace finds him a bit too big. Chace will need another dog in his forever home and would do best with a dog more his size.
Chace hasn't met any children in foster care, however we believe he will be fine with older children (12+) who aren't likely to scare him with their noise and actions.
Chace is learning some nice manners. He knows to sit for food, and will wait patiently at the door when he wants to come inside. He is starting to learn how to drop, and picks up most commands quickly.
He has been working with his foster family on getting used to a lead, but he’s not quite there yet, so walks are an unknown right now.
He is not a barky dog but he will tell you if there is something he thinks you need to know about. He will need at least a 5ft fence.
Chace is toilet trained, and is good to sleep inside overnight.
Chace is an adorable, cheeky little fellow, and the right family for him will be rewarded with a very loving, fun, clever doggo.
