About YoYo 🐬
Introducing Yoyo, our 10 week old Staffy x boy....This little man has such an outgoing personality and very confident around other dogs. He can be quite cheeky, so be prepared for some attitude 😉. He loves to explore his surroundings, but still loves to be with his people and follows them around. He's a very cuddly boy when it's time to recharge the batteries 💕
He is currently in care with 1 host dog & older children. Yoyo loves playing with his host dog and will follow her around endlessly in the backyard. Whilst he's happy to spend some time outside with his doggie friends, he very much enjoys his time inside with the family, so will need to be allowed inside (especially at night) in his new home. He is great with older kids but probably a little rough for younger kids as he's currently a little mouthy when playing.
Yoyo sleeps soundly either in his crate or with his foster mum (in the bed 🙊). Toilet training is well underway....he's puppy pad trained, but if he has access to outside, he will take himself out to do his business.
We would love to see Yoyo find a home where he had the company and guidance of another dog, as socialisation with the Staffy breed is extremely important. Yoyo loves to play with his furry friends and learning all about toys and the entertainment they provide. Yoyo will need plenty of socialisation as a pup and into adolescence, as well as training, so he grows up to be a well mannered and socialised adult.
At this stage, we think Yoyo will be a medium to large size when fully grown, so you would need to be prepared for this. He will need a medium to large size yard with height appropriate fencing, and a home where he will be treated as part of the family 👨👨👧👧🐕🐕 Being predominantly white, he will need plenty of outdoor shade and sunscreen applied, to help prevent skin cancer, which is quite common in white dogs.
As with all our pups, we strongly recommend enrolling in Puppy school. Yoyo will need continued socialisation with other dogs during the puppy stage and into adulthood.
We would love to help get you started with training, so our amazing supporters, Best Friends - Erina, have kindly offered to include a 5 week Puppy training course with all of our Puppy adoptions (up to 16wks of age)....The Best Friends Puppy Pre-School service is a fun and interactive five-week training course that covers puppy behaviours, diet, health, grooming, exercise and play, with an emphasis on socialisation, command training, health and care. Their aim is to teach you positive ways to train your puppy in basic skills such as ‘sit’, ‘drop’, ‘stay’, and how to walk well on a lead, but also how to control your puppy’s not so desirable behaviours like toileting inside, biting, mouthing and separation anxiety.
Yoyo will be ready to head off to his forever home from Saturday 20th June. He is located in Hamlyn Terrace on the Central Coast NSW.

Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
