April was handed into a local vet clinic a few weeks ago after she had been hit by a car. She was barely 10 weeks old. What she was doing alone on the streets?
We donât know how she came to be there, but we took her in - and now this gorgeous girl is ready for her forever home.
April recovered very well from her ordeal physically (she had barely a mark, amazing!), but she can be a little nervous and doesnât like strangers, which is not surprising really.
However, once April gets to know you this cheeky girl is going to be your best friend.
April loves to sit on your chest (under your chin is a favourite spot!) and binge watch Netflix. She also loves YouTube videos, particularly of birds and fish. She is an excellent couch cuddle buddy and makes for a wonderful winter snuggler.
April has a sunny nature and is super inquisitive â and if you have time to play games, April is always a very willing participant! But she is also very happy in her own skin and doesnât need to be entertained by her humans.
This gorgeous sleek black kitten is a very quiet and gentle girl, who would suit an equally quiet home of 1-2 adults, perhaps even a single older person looking for a companion.
April can be possessive and is rather jealous of the other felines that share her foster carerâs affection, so if you can see yourself being owned by this beautiful girl then letâs hear from you!

Adoption details
HOW TO ADOPT FROM US:
1. Email dandycatrescue@yahoo.com and request an adoption form to be sent to you, fill it out and return it to us. Weâll be in touch!
2. If your application is successful, weâll make arrangements for you to visit our cats and kittens at our foster carerâs home.
3. We ask that you pay the nominated fee to us via online bank deposit either at the adoption day or at the home visit (preferred), or in cash. We do not accept eftpos, credit or debit card transactions at this stage.
4. You will be provided with a folder of paperwork for your new kitty which will include a Central Animal Records Change of Ownership form that must be completed and paid by you ($10 fee applies) no later than four weeks after the adoption.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
