About Lola
Lola has come a long way since the day she came into care. Her foster carer has given her lots of TLC and assurance. Lola was rescued from a breeding/hoarding situation. She has had litters and given little contact with humans. She needs a family who will give her ongoing socialisation and be very patient with her. Lola's full confidence will come but it takes time. She will need the companionship of another dog or else she will suffer. Please do not enquire about her if you do not have another dog. Your dog must be calm, confident and very friendly. Because of Lola's past of being unsocialised any new unrecognised noise to her will trigger a short bark. She would not be suited to an apartment or close living. Lola is house-trained, walks well on and off lead and is very loving. If you would like to meet Lola please send a detailed email to us of your family lifestyle, experience with dogs, and the nature of your existing dog. We do not send our dogs interstate and again, only those enquiries with another dog will be answered.
Adoption details
SAS will arrange a "meet and greet" with our rescue pet and we offer a two week trial period if we feel that the rescue pet and the prospective family are well matched.
Most interviews will be held in the St George area of Sydney (Kingsgrove or Sans Souci)
