About Bear DL2463
Hi I’m Bear! I'm hardly a scary bear, more of a teddy bear... I'm full of love, a bit of a sook, I just love my people.
I’m happiest when I’m inside with you, although I’m pretty chilled doing anything you are doing. We can go out on adventures together, and when it's TV time, I’ll happily lay on my bed next to you.
I do love getting out on walks and I need one each day to stretch my legs. I’m just so excited to get going and want to sniff everything, so I can be strong on the lead, but I do calm down. Don’t let my age fool you, I make a great running buddy and will run perfectly on the lead next to you.
While I could adjust to full time workers, I'd prefer to have someone home a little more often. Part timers or active retirees would be awesome! I’m happiest left inside if you go out, and I'm fully toilet trained, so you won’t come home to any surprises.
As I'm not real keen on other dogs, I will be much more content as your only dog at home. I haven't yet met kids or cats.
I’m a simple boy, really... If you are willing to give me love, I’ll give you my everything. Ready to meet me? Email my friends at DFLrescue@gmail.com today to apply!
Medical notes
Bear is an approx. 7-8 year old mixed breed boy, perhaps some Shar-Pei or Heeler? His breed's a bit of a mystery, but we like to say rescued is our favourite breed!
