About Shady
When Shady came into care he was extremely timid and shy but he is now happy to have chin scratches when he is laying in his bed. He is still getting used to being picked up and will find his way to your lap if you sit still for long enough.
Shady loves to play and chase toys everywhere, is a good eater and is totally toiled trained. He will purr and purr when he is content and loves other cats.
He will need a calm home where his new humans will understand that he needs time to settle in and learn to trust them.
Shady would suit a quiet home where he has lots of time with his humans and is safely inside at all times. He would do well in a home where he has another cat/kitten to snuggle up and play with and who can teach him all the cat life ways.
Kids over 10 years would be best. If you have sleepy teens who love to laze in bed, then Shady would love them!

We ask that before you apply for one of our animals, you take the time to think through all aspects of having a pet in your home to ensure it is the right thing for both your family and the animal, now and in the future. Please consider how you would approach changes in your home that may affect your pet and how dedicated you would be to keeping/helping your animal when faced with any issues that may arise in the future.

We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in to see if it is the right match.
Before adoption, all of our animals are health checked, vaccinated, microchipped, desexed, flea/worm treated and heart worm tested (where appropriate).
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
