Howard is a very sweet little man who was found wandering the streets alone. With no owners coming forward, we stepped in to give him his chance at a new home. Howard has been in foster care and loves being part of the family! His favourite thing is just being constantly with you, as much as possible! He has had a rough ride these past few weeks, so he is especially needy for some stable attention in his life. He would love someone working from home or at home at lot, gentle kids to play with and love on, and perhaps a kitty friend too.
