About Milo ~ Koolie x GSD(On trial 19/06/20)
Milo is full of energy and puppy curiosity. He is a friendly pup whose favourite thing to do is run around the back yard with his older foster brothers and sisters then curl up on the lounge for a well for a well-earned sleep.
Milo currently lives with kids and big dogs along with his brothers and sisters and is learning lots from the older dogs he lives with so will need a similar environment with an older patient dog as a teacher and companion. He sleeps inside snuggled with the other puppies so will need to be welcome inside in his forever home
Milo’s a very clever boy who is already learning to sit and his foster mum thinks he’ll be very easy to train. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training. It would also be good if someone in the household doesn't work full time.
Milo needs to be welcome inside when people are home, and to sleep inside at least until fully grown. You will need good fencing 5-6 ft high with no small gaps, unfortunately rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire) is not suitable. He’s a climber so secure fencing is a must for this boy.
As Milo is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because he'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when he's approximately 5 months old.
For more information or to meet Milo, please contact Beth at beths-foster-pups@outlook.com and you can also fill out the adoption questionnaire here https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
Milo's adoption fee is $650 and includes her desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and she's been treated for fleas and worms. Milo is in care in Awaba, NSW (south of Newcastle).

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
If there is a phone number listed in the dog's profile then you can also phone for more information.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
