About Audrey
Poor little Audrey found herself scared and unclaimed at a rural Pound. Once her impound time was up, we were so happy to be able to collect her and bring her into foster care.
We think Audrey has had a pretty neglected life, as she is a timid girl who was ‘on guard’ at all times. Seemingly expecting the worst (whatever that was)
Anyway, having moved into my house and garden, with my own dogs and other fosters, she is making great strides forward.
Audrey takes great comfort from the other dogs, and watches their interactions with me closely. When she finds her forever home, another friendly dog there, is a must for her to continue gaining confidence from.
She has now mastered the doggie door, and comes and goes as she pleases.
Her walking on leash is improving every day, with encouragement, as you can see from the videos.
Her toilet training is coming along nicely, with only the occasional accident now.
Audrey is now ready to bond with her forever family. She really needs a quiet home, where her humans are home the majority of the time. A home without young children, so she can avoid the sudden noises which still scare her.
Another dog is a must, and humans who are prepared to help her along the way to having a full life.
Please enquire by clicking on the Enquire about this pet button, and I will read through the enquiries, and call you for a chat. Please give as much info about yourselves as possible, about why you would be a great home for Audrey.
I need to know how many live in your home and do you have other pets? Any kids?
How long would Audrey be alone by day, if at all?
We are located in Moree, northern NSW.
We have no flights at the moment, so before you enquire, make sure you are happy to drive to collect her......she is definitely worth the effort, I can tell you!
