Hi, I’m Amos and I am a big gentle boy who just wants a forever family to love. I adore being with people and love pats and cuddles so much I will often lean on you so you can’t get away. In the morning I like to fetch my foster mum's shoes which I have been keeping safe in my bed.
I live with another Greyhound and we are best mates. We enjoy spending our days lazing in the sun or having a game together but I also don’t mind being on my own if you have to go out. I love my food and do a little dance when I hear the toaster pop.
I am told I am easy to have around and have adapted well to home life. I am very well behaved and can be trusted when left alone in the house, and I have never destroyed anything. I love to go for walks and am well behaved however, I still get a little excited when I see dogs running off lead, but I have learnt to listen and respond well toinstructions (but will need ongoing work on this).
Often on my walks, I will encounter groups of people in wheelchairs or with carers and I am always keen for a cuddle and am always calm and gentle.
My foster mum says that whoever adopts me will fall in love with me as I have so much love to give! My big adoring brown eyes will melt your heart!
