About Ella ~ sweet Bulldog x puppy (On Trial 15/6/20)
Ella and her sister Zoe came into care from a bad environment and have since thrived being part of a loving family. She is a quiet girl who is quite solitary but loves human interaction.
Ella’s currently living with older dogs as well as other foster pups. If she was to go to a family with another dog, they would need to be very relaxed and let her snuggle up to them. She sleeps inside snuggled with the other puppies so will need to be welcome inside in her forever home. She will be a wonderful family dog.
Ella will grow to be a medium size dog. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training. It would also be good if someone in the household doesn't work full time.
Ella needs to be welcome inside when people are home, and to sleep inside at least until fully grown. You will need good fencing 5-6 ft high with no small gaps, unfortunately rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire) is not suitable.
As Ella is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because she'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when she's approximately 5 months old.
Ella's sister Zoe is also available for adoption.
For more information or to meet Ella, please contact Beth at beths-foster-pups@outlook.com and you can also fill out the adoption questionnaire here https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
Ella's adoption fee is $600 and includes her desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and she's been treated for fleas and worms. Zoe is in care in Awaba, NSW (south of Newcastle).

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
If there is a phone number listed in the dog's profile then you can also phone for more information.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
We prefer payment by funds transfer and don't accept cash or personal cheques.
