About Hugh
Happy, bubbly Hugh is eagerly awaiting to find his forever home. This handsome young lad will need an experienced owner who is dedicated to ensuring that he attends obedience training so he learns his doggie manners and grows in to a well-adjusted, well-socialised and happy adult dog. Hugh is going to be a big boy so high secure fencing and daily exercise is a must.
Hugh will brighten up any home with his loving nature, outgoing and eager to please personality.
Adoption details
Taking on a pet is a long-term commitment. Before adopting it is essential to research what type of animal would best suit your home and lifestyle.
All animals waiting for a new home can be found on the shelter website, or by visiting the shelter in person. All animals available for adoption are ready to be adopted straight away.

In response to the current COVID-19 pandemic, Campaspe Animal Shelter is making some operational changes, in place from Friday, 27 March.
Our team of staff and volunteers will continue to care for all animals at the shelter. Access to our services will now be by appointment only:
- Adoptions
Monday to Friday we will have two sessions a day available
10am – 12pm and 2pm – 4pm
Saturday and Sunday
10am – 12pm
- All other services such as, surrenders, stray animals, reclaims and microchipping
o Monday to Thursday 10am – 6pm
o Friday 10am – 4.45pm
o Saturday 9am – 1pm
o Sunday and public holidays 10am – 12.30pm
