About Patches
Umm hi, do you give nice scratches?
I do like a good pat. I'm patches and my foster mum says I'm a sweetie when I feel safe. I approach new changes at my own pace, I promise once I come out of my shell I'm a love sponge. So far I haven't shown mum all of my personality, she knows I am not the biggest fan of being picked up and put on laps at the moment. I haven't met my foster canines or feline siblings yet. So far mum hasn't seen the torti-tude we Torties can be known for. Is that good? I am litter trained and like to self regulate my own food throughout the day.
The best way to find out more about me is to call and have a chat to my foster carer, perhaps I could be the best girl for you.
Please note that due to COVID-19 flight limitations, interstate adoptions outside of QLD/NSW involve overnight kennelling and may be expensive. As this is to be organised and covered by the adopter we recommend doing research into transport options prior to proceeding with adoption as we are receiving a large number of interstate enquiries. Companies include Jetpets and Pettainers (flight transport) or Dogmovers and Rides4Rescues (East Coast road transport) to name a few.-
Animals are located in Gladstone, Central QLD, 4680
If interested in knowing more please phone Gladstone PAWS 0429 127 950.

All animals are health checked, vaccinated, worm/flea treated, microchipped, desexed and registered with Gladstone Council.
They are socialised in the homes of loving foster carers, not in cages or kennels. (See our website to join the team)
Adoption fees apply.
We care where our pets go - A phone interview and property/enclosure check may be required.
