About Archie
Sweet little Archie has come along in leaps and bounds in his foster home. He is a confident boy and enjoys socialising and learning new things.
Archie is very happy and friendly and loves to play fetch and have fun. He also loves to cuddle up when its time to chill. His foster mum knows him well and says he is a real sweetheart. She has recommended a home with a lot of time to exercise him, play with him and put additional focus on training him. He is quick to learn although he still tends to get over excited easily and loses track. This will improve as he matures and learns to hold focus on instructions.
Archie is looking for a family who are experienced with the specific needs of a working dog mix. He currenlty sleeps inside and loves his time inside with hid family for loads of company and bonding. As much as he loves his inside time, Archie is an extremely energetic boy who will only be suited to an acreage environment where he will have plenty of things going on to keep him occupied and stimulated throughout the day.
Considering his breed and high needs of activity, Archie will only be suited to a home with an adult (not senior) desexed dog of similar breed and energy levels.
***He will not be suited as an only dog so homes where he will be on his own will not be considered***
Archie is still learning manners and so far his carer has been proud of his improvements. He hasn't had much time walking on lead so this will need patience and further training.
He is learning to wait nicely for his meals.
He will be best suited to a home with older children/teenagers due to his bouncy, active personality.
NO young grandchildren
Archie hasn't been tested with cats or other small animals.
If you have the idela home awaiting your special new addition, we look forward to hearing from you.

Adoption details
If you think one of our animals would be a good match for your home please email us and we will be in touch shortly after. We all work fulltime, have families and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
