About Freddie
Freddie is a sweet and playful boy. He is good with other dogs and kids ( although can be a bit full on for toddlers). Freddie is very clever and knows how to sit, wait for food, play fetch, walk on lead, and sleeps in his crate at night. He is still working on his toilet training but is doing well with reminders.
This man is a cuddler he loves snuggles on the couch, belly rubs, and just being with his people. He will follow you around and likes to be involved in all aspects of family life.
Freddie would love a family to take him on adventures so he can explore all the great things in his world. He is eager to grow in confidence by being exposed to as many new things as possible.
A condition of our adoption agreement is that all dogs adopted from Chally MUST be put through obedience training, if you cannot meet this commitment after covid please do not apply. All our dogs deserve the chance to be the very best they can be and we will choose homes that will ensure this is the case.
We have conducted DNA testing on the litter and results will be provided to their new families. DNAshowed breeds as Kelpie, Border Collie. Deerhound, and Greyhound
Adoption details
All forms (including foster and adoption) can be found at the following link:
http://www.challyanimalrescue.org.au/adopt.php
** Only applications submitted via this link will be considered **
Our adoption process is as follows:
1) Animal is listed on PetRescue
2) Applications are received
3) The application which we feel offers the best-suited home to the pet is contacted for first preference of a meet and greet to see if they 'click' with the animal.
We do not follow a first-in, first-served process and only consider applications completed via our online form.
Due the popularity of some dogs - and the fact that our rescue is run entirely by volunteers - we cannot guarantee that all unsuccessful applicants will be notified, however we will do our best.
