About Ralph
Howdy my name is Ralph. I am a sweet and snuggly, 16 month old, red and tan kelpie boy.
I enjoy playing with other dogs, people and going to new places. I am pretty relaxed with new dogs. I love new people, especially if they give me pats, I will sit at their feet all day long, getting a scratch under my chin is the best thing in the world. I love being with my foster brothers and am also happy to go on my own adventures in the backyard. I am very active and enjoy playing chasey and playing with the soccer ball.
I am super smart and learn new tricks fast. I know how to sit, walk on a lead and come when my new name is called, in a quiet environment. I am only new to the inside of a house, I spend most of my time outdoors. I will sleep through the night for you, in my kennel as long as I know you or a furry friend will be there in the morning. I have had no accidents in long car rides or in my kennel, so I think I am toilet trained! I love to go to new places where I can run and sniff.
I am looking for a family, without small children, as I am unaware of my big, boofy body. I am learning my manners, and I can almost be trusted not to jump on my foster parents when they arrive home. I am looking for a family who will love me and include me in their lives. I am quite the snuggler so my foster parents think, I would like my family to be around more often than not and say I’d be a bit lost if I wasn’t allowed to be part of the action. I am bound to be clever and active, so I need a home where my family understands that I need mental and physical stimulation. It will be important to commit to my ongoing training and socialisation.
If you'd like to include this gorgeous man into your active and busy home, please apply by email now!
Hopefully we can be best friends soon please!
Love and licks, Ralph
Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. A meet and greet can be arranged if both parties wish to proceed, and we also offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
