About Orion
Hi everyone, my name is Orion and I am a country boy recently moved to the big city to realise my dream of getting adopted into a family of my own. I have waited for quite awhile for my own family and I am hoping and hoping my dream will now come true.
Can I tell you about myself? Though I can be shy at first I am a gentle boy who adores affection. I will come running if I think there is any chance that you will give me cuddles. I like to roll over on the bed so you can give me belly rubs. I get so enthusiastic that my foster Mum has to stand by the edge of the bed so I don’t fall off. Mum laughs at my antics, and says how easy it has been for me to worm my way into her heart.
My gentle nature extends to everyone around me. When I met my foster brothers & sisters I just went up, gave them a kiss on the nose, & that’s how we met. No drama, no worries. That ‘s me, just the softest of souls inside a beautiful black shining body.
I know I would make a wonderful addition to any family. I will reward you with my love everyday, for the rest of my days. Don’t let my big adventure into the city be my last big adventure. Let me start my next big adventure with you.

Adoption Process
We send out our application to the new potential family and when our forms are returned we start a process called screening. When we have finished our screening and all information that comes back is approved. We do a meet and greet, sometimes more than two. If all parties are happy, we then allow our foster furkid go into your home. After 3 weeks (for dogs) / 6 weeks (for cats) sometimes more, see how everyone is going, then we change over microchip registration if everything is great.
